Origami Characters:

We need to make a few characters before we start the animation project such as :

-Dragon

-Butterflies 

-Stick men

-Frog

Then after we will make a separate stick man to be our main character which he won't be origami and also an umbrella which is used in cocktails as its more realistic than an origami one.

Background:  

For the background we won't need to get anything planned as we will use real life places such as a table, a window etc…

We will need to get colourful paper for the different character apart from the stick mean which will be plain white.

P3 INITIAL PLANNING

Idea:

Boner man:

We are going to make a short film which we will make by using stop-motion.

We are going to do stop-motion because its different and its not seen as often as you see animation series or adverts as they are well seen on Tv.

A yellow piece of paper ball gets thrown into the bin after getting bullied by some white piece of paper (stick men) He turns into man climbs up to the table grabs and umbrella and flies off to the window.

He flies out of the window and as he drops he turns into a frog, later on when he jumps up he turns into a fluffy butterfly and he flies away.

Stick mean running after him throughout the whole video and the butterfly flies back as it turns into a dragon and it burns them with fire and the stick men have turned into cocktail sticks.

Then the dragon turns into Boner Man who then sticks his boner out and slaps the cocktail sticks as they are running away from boner man and they get hit and fall to the bin.

Its going to be a mixture between comedy/adventure and fantasy.

Parenting:

Head, leg and wing to the body.
Eye, mouth to the head.
We do this so whenever we move the head the eye and mouth moves along with it so it doesn't look odd.

Animation Ideas!

I was thinking of doing an animation a bit like ASDF as they had short clips of animation that made no scene and i think that it would be easier to do.

Another idea was to make a music video using rotascoping. So we would film pople and then draw over them. And i was also thinking the people who are in it you could do the rotascoping and then take a picture of their head and place it on the body so they have a massive head danceing to the music video. Or you could use that methord but to create a short story a bit like the TV program Headz.

Maybe have our main character as a toast or a marshmallow and just show him/her and his/her enemy as short clips and show the conflict between the two characters, sort of like this:
