Process of our animation
For our stop motion animation we are using the software called dragonframe.
Its really easy to use and not a lot of things you need to learn about it.
We connect the camera to the laptop and we take pictures pressing enter on the laptop and it pops up on our screen.
Then there's a red circle which is called the onion skin and if you move it to the left of the line it tells you where the characters and everything was placed on the last shot meaning you have control over the whole project helping you move the characters a little bit further.
After we import our mp4 clips on premiere pro and then we speed up or slow down the clips to make it seem more real and flow naturally.

Where i am in the animation
We managed to finish all the animation but a few titles are still missing as we ran out of time because we had a few days off. We managed to change the soundtrack as well as long as the filters used.
Project 1 Autumn: I have done everything in the checklist yet I am still on 97% only as there are two stuff in orange but they have been completed over the past weeks.
Project 1 Spring: There are two things that are missing but I believe I have done them two over the past week. Im on 94%.
Project 2 Spring: I have done everything apart from one thing which is done but its on my laptop which I cant have access to at the moment therefore I cant post it.. Im on 95%.

P2. Animation Comparison Write-up
South Park:
Everything starts up with the storyboard and thy usually spend about an hour on each page of the story board. they also mentioned that the storyboard had to look sort of like a comic to begin with.
Every time there is a new character they compare it to a main character to know how tall they will be compared to them as the main characters from south park are pretty small.
The also do the front, side and back of the character which will help them remember what they look like and also makes it easier for them to draw it.
After that they bring sound and start to work with it.
The first thing they see everything that has been done the storyboard come to life is with the editor.
The whole idea of South Park started by a 2 min project at college which was directed and mainly writen by Trey Parker and Matt Stone who also do most of the voices along with co-perators.
The did cut outs instead of drawing every frame because none of them could actually draw and it was just easier as they sort of worked like puppets.
Dot:
To make this awesome animation they used a nokia phone and a microscope as shes 9mm tall which is absolutely tiny therefore it was hard to film.
A day all they can manage to do is 4 seconds which is insane because it would take them months to do a project with dot worth a minute considering all the little dots they have and how precise they have to be with the background and also the moves.
You cant actually manipulate her as she is so fragile and they also mentioned how you cant make her smaller than that without their heads falling off.
The also change the hair as she runs to make it look more realistic and make it flow.
They did a 1000 frames and they were 3/4 of the way so they werent even done after all those frames.
Peppa Pig:
Peppa Pig was made with the CelAction 2D programme. This is a really high quality programe.
its all made in London and they have about 30 people producing the animation.
They also try to make an animation/week and the have 4teams and 4 animators.
They decided to set on pre school animation and thought of the idea of making an animation out of an animal such as a pig.
And the first thing peppa pig did was step put of her house which was made by Aaron.
To create the first series of Peppa Pig cost them about £1.4 million to make which is fairly cheap compared to stop motion.
They made a 3 minute "trailer" which they did by making a storyboard and a script which they then brought with them to a broadcast to present their idea.
When he said he was going to show some of the first drawings he could find of Peppa i was so surprised by how rough they were and how simple yet the animation itself its really good and well made.
